The band comments: "Forever Merciless was one of the last songs we jammed on for the debut record, and has become a favorite with us. “It’s about horrible beings” I try to give the listener their own experience. But my feeling went straight to the evil of the abyss as we jammed the riff to that song! You know, all that chugging, downstrokes, open riffs in the chorus. You just want to embrace evil…. Can you guess which creature we are referring to?"
