Wild Rose has delivered top-tier Melodic Rock and A.O.R. for over two decades. Founded in 2004 by guitarist Andy Rock, the band blends melodic finesse with emotionally driven compositions.
In 2007, they released their first promotional single CD, It’s All About Love, featuring Too Late, both gaining traction in the A.O.R. community. That same year, they supported Talisman on their farewell tour in Hellas, cementing their rising status.
By 2009, they had a 10-track demo CD featuring songs by Andy Rock & Dirty Haris. These evolved into their debut album, Half Past Midnight, released on October 10, 2011, to widespread acclaim. The album's success led to major performances in Athens, Thessaloniki, and the Rosewood Festival. By December 2011, Heavy Paradise named it Best Debut Release / Newcomer of the Year.
In 2012, Wild Rose covered Feel My Love for Brave New Love: A Tribute to Alien and played at Rosewood Festival II. That same year, they recorded their sophomore album, Dangerous, released on February 22, 2013, via AOR Heaven. It received global praise and hit No.1 on Japan’s import sales (BURRN! Magazine) in June.
By August 2013, Half Past Midnight had sold out on Retrospect Records, with CEO Sam McCaslin calling it "one of our top sellers." In March 2014, they marked their 10-year anniversary with their third album, Hit 'N' Run. Its first single, Through the Night, topped the Classic Rock Charts, holding the No.1 spot in Week #40 (2014) and staying in the Top 10 until Week #8 (2015)!
By February 2015, Dangerous had sold out on AOR Heaven Records. That same year, Too Late was signed to Nevermore Production Films LLC for the horror movie The Barn.
In May 2016, they released their fourth album, 4, via Lions Pride Music, with Japanese and Hellenic editions through Avalon/Marquee Inc. and Steel Gallery Records. Recorded at EVO Studios (Hellas) and mixed by Pelle Saether (Studio Underground, Sweden), Fireworks Magazine (UK) hailed it as "a monumental achievement for fans of Survivor and Night Ranger."
After touring for 4, Wild Rose signed with Lions Pride Music in May 2017 for the reissue of Half Past Midnight, remixed, remastered, and featuring two bonus tracks. The limited 500-copy run sold out 18 days before its 2018 release!
Now, Wild Rose is set to reissue Dangerous as Too Dangerous, featuring four 2012 demo bonus tracks with singer Mark Thompson Smith. It will be released worldwide on CD & digital via Lions Pride Music on August 29, 2025, with an updated booklet for a fresh take on the classic.
