Droneslag

Droneslag is a drone metal duo from Bergen, Norway, known for their experimental and minimalistic sound that blends elements of drone, doom, avant‑garde, and noise. Formed in the early 2020s, the duo—Henrik A. Solheim (guitar, synth, vocals, samples) and Robert Johansen (bass, saxophone, synth, vocals, thunder tube)—released their debut album Det er Annerledes nå on October 6, 2023. Their compositions are intense, immersive and often composed of minimal layers that slowly build into crushing sonic landscapes.
