Sable Hills

Sable Hills is a high-energy Japanese metalcore act hailing from Tokyo, Japan. Formed in 2015, the band blends melodic and hardcore elements, drawing musical inspiration from early-2000s metalcore bands such as As I Lay Dying, Parkway Drive, and Unearth. Their sound is characterized by powerful breakdowns, fast riffs, and emotive vocals. They released their debut album Embers in 2019, followed by Duality in 2022, and their latest album Odyssey in 2024. In 2022, they made history by winning the Metal Battle at Wacken Open Air—the first Japanese band ever to do so.
