SAUERKRAUT is a Polish alternative metal band, known for their fierce and genre-blending sound that merges metalcore, nu-metal, and hardcore with bold experimentation. Formed in 2019, SAUERKRAUT made their mark with the EP Bloody Stew and are gearing up to release their debut full-length album, In Madness, via Wormholedeath Records on September 19, 2025.
