Sleep Theory (formed 2019 in Memphis) delivers a dynamic fusion of alt‑metal, hard rock, and nu‑metal, punctuated by powerful vocals and rhythmic intensity. The quartet—vocalist Cullen Moore, guitarist Daniel Pruitt, bassist Paolo Vergara, and drummer Ben Pruitt—rose from Moore’s solo project into a full-fledged band.
